The Website provides general information about Osman Sahab Projects, our residential developments and our services, and lets you enquire about or book a site visit for our projects.

Nothing on the Website is an offer, invitation to offer, or a binding commitment to sell any property. Any sale is governed only by a written agreement for sale and the documents executed between you and us.

Images, renders, walkthroughs, floor plans, specifications, amenities, sizes, prices and timelines shown on the Website are for illustration and general information only. They may be artist's impressions and are subject to change without notice as per approvals, design development and applicable law.

Where a project is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, its registration details will be available on the Telangana RERA website (rera.telangana.gov.in). The registered details on that portal and in your agreement for sale will prevail over anything shown on this Website.

Furniture, fittings, landscaping and décor shown in images are indicative and do not form part of the offering unless specifically stated in the agreement for sale.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• submit false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems;

When you submit an enquiry or request a site visit, you consent to being contacted by us by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry and our projects, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. You may ask us to stop at any time by writing to us.

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve, book or allot any unit. Bookings are confirmed only on execution of the relevant documents and receipt of payment through official channels.

We do not accept bookings or payments through this Website. All payments must be made only to our official company bank account against a proper receipt.

We will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account. If you receive such a request in our name, please verify with us directly at +91 99630 00505 before acting on it. We are not responsible for losses arising from payments made to unauthorised persons or accounts.
